- Created POCs (webcrawlers, brute-force searching, datasets) for a domain detection problem as well as worked with a colleague to create an open source, in-house tool that identifies and detects malicious domains faster than the TIP used (https://github.com/AmirH32/Domain_searcher)
- Conducted trend analysis on phishing data, identifying 5 persistent and emerging threats.
- Drafted a product proposal for a cloud agent passive scanner and an EASM tool that was successfully implemented, discovering over 2000 unmanaged assets.
- Researched and presented on leveraging Jupyter Notebooks for triaging, threat hunting and reporting within the SOC team, winning their approval and gaining the Microsoft Sentinel Ninja certification.
- Collaborated with the CTI team to research potential proof of concepts of the CVE-2024-38063 IPv6 vulnerability.
- Partnered with another intern in Business Operations to develop an open-source domain health checker tool, automating a manual process and achieving a 2700% increase in speeds (https://github.com/AmirH32/Email-Domain-health)
